for GA we need to support zero-code instrumentation. This means the envvars to enable/disable instrumentations should be handled. Those vars are:
OTEL_NODE_ENABLED_INSTRUMENTATIONS
OTEL_NODE_DISABLED_INSTRUMENTATIONS
Also the distro supports the non documented envvar OTEL_NODE_RESOURCE_DETECTORS. We should add info about it in the configuration document.
