cloud resource detectors

We may want to add optional dependencies when installing on specific cloud platforms.

Resource detectors for cloud providers:

AWS: opentelemetry-sdk-extension-aws GCP: opentelemetry-resourcedetector-gcp Azure: opentelemetry-resource-detector-azure

Need to take into account https://github.com/elastic/apm/blob/main/specs/agents/otel-distribution.md#cloud-resource-attributes

A couple of issues to fix here:

• the aws package has not been released since years, and the published one does not have entry points
• the gcp package does not configure the resource detectors as entry points and has not seen a release since a year or so
• the microsoft package does not have support for eks

Updates after a few weeks:

• ~PR for bumping aws packages~ updated aws package available
• gcp package updated ~but still not~ and released, without entry points
• still no update for eks
