Update migration plugin for 2.4 #65

The relaxed field naming requirements in 2.4 (https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/pull/19937) aren't reflected in the migration plugin yet. Can we adjust the plugin so it will no longer flag fields that are now legal?
