update set of advertised supported time functions #190

With this PR the driver will report TIMESTAMPADD and TIMESTAMPDIFF as supported, with all possible intervals.

Following https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/issues/47746 and https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/issues/47919.
