Test: add extra behaviour to testing suite #209

This PR adds one more option to running the test suite, to instruct it to rewrite the config file of an existing ES bundle. This is just a convenience option.

I am not sure that --es-rezet is particularly clear. Maybe something like --es-full-reset would be clearer. But on the other hand you're the main user of this so if "rezet" means something to you then fair enough.

I've started from "zapping" the config... In any case, I've adopted your suggestion, thanks.
