INLINESTATS from a different index #111453

Description

It'd be super useful if INLINESTATS could take an index pattern and run it's first phase - the STATS phase - against that pattern instead of the pattern in the query. I think such a thing is possible and it's useful for things like reading from a summary index. I mean, in an ideal world summary index stuff would be automatic, but incremental improvement seems possible here.
