This week, I set up a local development environment for the ElasticSearch project to work on an issue using the CONTRIBUTING.md step-by-step guide. At some point in this process, I encountered a building error saying I needed JDK 21. Would it be relevant to update the CONTRIBUTING.md documentation, or was there an issue with how I built the project? I'm happy to make the update if needed.
