Clarify the mapping of acceptable Painless context values #63684

It might help to clarify in the documentation the acceptable Painless context values that can be used in script.context.$CONTEXT.max_compilation_rates as seen in Script compilation circuit breaker. Painless contexts provides some clarity but the most clear mapping seems to exist from reviewing the output of GET /_script_context?filter_path=contexts.name.
