Description

Customers are asking to have more information about watchers who did the last change and when was it. Similar to Detection Rules in the Security App:

When multiple people are working on the system and developing watchers it would be great to see which user did the change and when. With this failure in data can be analyzed more precisely. If this information has been added, a feature request for Kibana can be created.
