Description

We need to evaluate what happens to downsample target indices when they are matched by existing templates.

Ideally templates are applied to downsample source indices and all but a few settings are copied by the downsample task when the target downsample index is created. We should evaluate if templates are applied again to downsample target indices to evaluate potential unwanted side effects.
