HI,

I am wondering if it is possible to retrieve the raw PE files for the EMBER dataset?

Raw samples are not included in ember. Try "GitHub - sophos-ai/SOREL-20M: Sophos-ReversingLabs 20 million sample dataset" https://github.com/sophos-ai/SOREL-20M

that one also does not include raw benign samples, which render it useless too. We need raw samples in order to extract our own features otherwise what is the use of all of this?
