Adding Skeleton structure #1

This PR contains the skeleton structure of Network Drives Connector

Hi @praveen-elastic, can you adjust the skeleton structure of the project to follow same structure as https://github.com/elastic/enterprise-search-sharepoint-server-2016-connector uses?

I've tried to extract the base structure of it into https://github.com/artem-shelkovnikov/python-connector-template, if it helps.

Hi @artem-shelkovnikov , yes have already started refactoring the connector based on the new structure. We should update the PR soon and let you know once it is ready for review.
