Set up CI for the repository same way it's set up for https://github.com/elastic/enterprise-search-sharepoint-server-2016-connector repository.

@seanstory I'm not sure it's possible, @tarekziade said to me (please correct me if I'm wrong), that the initial PR introducing the CI changes won't be handled by CI, it needs to be merged first, and after that it will correctly work on other branches/PRs.
