Fleet : Host appears Offline and Healthy #3554

Hi, For some time now, I have noticed that a host appears both offline and Healthy (see attachment) and this is disturbing.

In addition, all (2886) of the agents do not appear in the list of hosts. And I don't know where that could come from. If you can help me that would be great :)

Are these VMs? Are they using the --delay-enroll option of the agent?

The most likely explanation is the agent ID of the agent on the machine is changing because it is automatically re-enrolling.

Hi,

Sorry for my late response, I had a problem. To answer your question, yes they are indeed VMs. Basically, the image of our VM (master) is deployed on all of our VMs dedicated to Citrix (more than a hundred). And recently, when I connect to the KIBANA console (Fleet), the same VM appears several times. once in “Healthy” and all the others in “Offline”. After checking the ID, the VMs which appear in "Offline" status have a different ID from those which have a "Healthy" status. My question is: How can this be fixed? In addition, not all of the machines are included in Fleet.
