It is possible to request hey-apm benchmarks to be run for elastic/apm-server PRs by crafting a special comment, like in https://github.com/elastic/apm-server/pull/3623#issuecomment-610190649.
Because these benchmarks are for (possibly broken/incorrect) in-flight PRs, we should tag the reports and exclude them from our dashboards by default, with the option of including them on-demand.
