[Request] Add detail to the section about viewing Elastic Agent upgrade stats #106

In the section about viewing upgrade stats, we tell users:

"When upgrading many agents, you can fine tune the maintenance window by viewing stats and metrics about the upgrade...."

But we don't provide any guidance on how to interpret the data users see in the [Elastic Agent] metrics dashboard.

We need some input from the product or dev teams to add more detail here. @nimarezainia Can you help?
