[REQUEST]: Reset Fleet cloud policy API now requires Header elastic-api-version: 1

Description

Starting 8.11, it seems the API POST kbn:/internal/fleet/reset_preconfigured_agent_policies/policy-elastic-agent-on-cloud requires also the header elastic-api-version: 1

We should update all the references in the docs (or investigate if we can avoid doing this, as it would not allow running the request via Kibana Dev tools).
