auth0: Fix dashboard visualisations containing empty data. #11693

Proposed commit message

Few visualisations inside the dashboard contain incorrect filters resulting in empty data. This PR fixes the visualisation filters.

Other changes:

Add sample logs from pipeline to system tests to simulate the data for visualisation.
Add assert.hit_count to system tests running with http_endpoint.
