Add Access Point ARN option to integrations using AWS S3 input

A new option access_point_arn is being added to the AWS S3 input at https://github.com/elastic/beats/pull/41495. Integrations that uses the input and can include this new option are:

[ ] Canva
[ ] Carbon Black Cloud
[ ] Cisco Umbrella
[ ] Cloudflare Logpush
[ ] Crowdstrike
[ ] F5 BIG-IP
[ ] Imperva Cloud WAF
[ ] Jamf Protect
[ ] Lyve Cloud
[ ] SentinelOne Cloud Funnel
[ ] ServiceNow
[ ] Sublime Security
[ ] Symantec Endpoint Security
[ ] Tanium
[ ] Trellix EDR Cloud

This new option is intended to be included to 9.0 but also backported to 8.15.x and 8.16.x.
