Firewall Management Integration #3680

Feature

I'd like to be able to manage system firewalls as an integration from Elastic Agent (kind of like the Osquery Manager or Auditd manager that exist today).

I outlined the use case/concept here: https://discuss.elastic.co/t/plans-to-support-system-firewall-management/308388. But wanted to open a more formal feature request for it.

Use Case

It would be nice to be able to manage system firewalls from a centralized/standardized place, and since there are already integrations for other "managers", it would be nice to have a firewall manager.
