Add JumpCloud integration

Integration release checklist

JumpCloud is Directory as a Service SaaS provider now in use by many modern organisations who have a cloud only strategy.

It provides identity and authentication management, Single Sign-On services, as well as endpoint management via the JumpCloud Agent.

The JumpCloud Directory Insights API is a method to obtain:

1. Administrative activity related to the tenancy
2. Directory activity, e.g. authentication events, password reset events, SSO activity, and resource access

This is an important data source for a SOC.
