Provide a workaround for fixing mapping issues on the field nginx_ingress_controller.access.upstream.name #6305

In order to fix a bug in the default dashboard for the integration nginx_ingress_controller we had to change the mapping type of the field nginx_ingress_controller.access.upstream.name from text to keyword.

This change is now live in version 1.7.2 of this integration package and it was merged in this PR.

Some users might consider this a breaking change so we want to provide here a workaround

We could provide a component template that anyone could add to <package>@custom index template to enable a multi field with .text on it too. It would still mean, they have to adjust their dashboard query
