[Meta] [TSDB] Update the troubleshooting document to include steps for reindexing TSDB based index. #7980

Many integration packages are TSDB enabled. The readme file of some of the integration package has the troubleshooting section on reindexing. This must be updated to have it linked to the document mentioned here

Tasks

Identify all the packages needing change

  1. Integrations which have conflicts solved and now they only require the TSDB reindexing steps
- [ ] Apache Spark
- [ ] CouchDB
- [ ] Hadoop
- [ ] HAProxy
- [ ] Oracle WebLogic
  1. Integrations which have conflicts unsolved and need to be solved before giving TSDB reindexing steps
- [ ] ActiveMQ
- [ ] Cassandra
- [ ] Couchbase
- [ ] IBM MQ
- [ ] Memcached
- [ ] Microsoft SQL Server
- [ ] MySQL
- [ ] Redis Enterprise
- [ ] Traefik

Make the changes in the readme file.
