[OTEL] Hostmetrics Collector -> System Integration #8821

As part of this :

  1. Figure out the mapping of the Hostmetrics scrappers to the System Integration metrics

    1.       Process Scrapper
2.       Processes Scrapper
3.       Network Scrapper

  2. Try out if the same dashbaords can be reused after the metrics are mapped.

  1. The mapping of Process and Processes Scrapper has been identified and added to the main spreadsheet.
  2. Trying out changes in ingest pipeline to see if OTEL metrics can be mapped to System Metrics

The POC of OTEL Network Metrics being mapped to the System Integration is planned.
