Consider jarvis gem publish support for community plugin maintainers #72

In the Slack channel logstash-community.slack.com we have some community maintainers that have github rights for certain LS plugins.

It would be a Good Thing ™️ if they could use some jarvis commands to Get Things Done ™️ :-)
