My use case:
Fairly frequently, I get this question: "Why aren't my plugin doc changes showing up in the Logstash Reference Guide?"
A plugin has to bump versions and be published to rubygems.org for the doc changes to be picked up. That's where troubleshooting missing plugin docs changes starts. To save myself some time later, I've started screencapturing the published gem on rubygems.org, and pasting it into the PR when I publish.
It would be cool if Jarvis could report back to the PR wrt publishing status. (It wouldn't have to be a screenshot. Any straightforward status notification would be helpful.)
