8gb kbn instance, increase user count to 1000 from 300. Also, increase the rampup time.

Hey @wayneseymour , I'm not sure we want to update the existing one as smb might be using it. I would keep it in branch for now till you get the results you are good with - you might continue changing it :)

Then we can come back and discuss.
