Previous discussion here Posting feature request here per @cjcenizal's request.
Describe the feature: Over time, I've found that my Console window in Kibana becomes cluttered and un-organized.
A nice feature would be the ability to create and utilize "workspaces". Each "workspace" would look and behave like the current Console, but I would have the ability to select a different "workspace".
If I'm performing rolling restarts through my cluster, I'll select the "workspace" titled Rolling Restarts. If I'm playing around with queries against my new blahbeat index, I'll open the blahbeat Playground "workspace".
This could also be used to enhance the elastic.co documentation by providing pre-packaged "workspaces" for various topics (e.g. Rolling Restarts, cat APIs, etc).
Furthermore, I keep putting the word workspaces into quotes because there is no requirement that this feature be called a "workspace". Y'all seem pretty keen on branding ;)
@tbragin This definitely solves the same need! Ty.

Has there been any progress on this?
Just checking in one year later... Has there been any progress on this?
Is there any progress? I think this is really good idea. If there is any way I can contribute to this, please let me know.
Bump :D Is there any progress so far?
No updates at this time, but we will keep your feedback into consideration. Any further details you can provide about your use case and/or why this feature would be beneficial is appreciated.
Man! I got excited!
A thread I was @
'd in from 5+ years ago is getting some action?!
Cue sad violins ðŸ˜
j.k. ;)
@strootman I will do my best to lobby for this feature from the inside ;) Absolute must-have feature in my mind.

It would be nice to have multiple Console tabs in the Dev Tools console. Maybe even be able to label them: "Product queries", "Ops", etc.
Similar to a browser's tabs, a user could click to switch between tabs and execute commands.
Not sure if the response pane would remain static, or also switch depending on query pane context.
