[Cases] Change cases connectors simulators to use an http server instead of Kibana router #101787

API integration test simulate external services (like ServiceNow) to test interaction with them. So far the Kibana core route is being used to mock responses from the external services. Simulators should be change and be created by using NodeJS http.
