[Fleet] Add data streams names to PackagePolicy #101902

Hello team,

we would like to display integration policies in Index Lifecycle Management (ILM) so that users have a good overview of how their data retention is configured. To make connections between an integration policy and an ILM policy, we would need to match integration's data streams to index templates that use the ILM policy in question. It would make this query much easier if the complete names of data streams per integration policy would be available in PackagePolicyService of Fleet server.
