In APM, when that link is clicked, the user is taken to the settings section to manage their Machine Learning integration settings:
I think this makes a lot of sense as it grounds these actions as being setup/management related to other settings, and preserves flyouts for more regular actions where the user may want to stay closer to the main screens. One way or another we should do our best to make these experiences consistent, and I think a management/settings section makes a lot of sense.
TBD: How to handle the categories job links which, right now, aren't even managed in the flyout. I still think it makes sense to keep these all together in a settings screen rather than linked from our curated Logs UI.
