updated APM RUM agent to version instrumenting tracing headers for custom transactions #102625

The custom transactions created by the APM RUM agent aren't propagated to the Kibana server. Blocked by https://github.com/elastic/apm-agent-rum-js/issues/468 Update to a version fixing the problem.
