[Index Templates] Component Templates Step has overlapping buttons and icons. #104801

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Navigation Drawer > Stack Management > Index Management > Index Templates
  2. Click Create new Template
  3. Resize the browser to be at about 400px wide (like a phone screen)
  4. Go to step 2 for component templates
  5. Scroll down the index templates to where the buttons are at the bottom of the foorm.

Expected Behavior

You should be able to see all fields and buttons are properly aligned.

Actual Behavior

If you scroll down to where the next button are and some of the filters, they overlap and are not properly aligned. See image.
