Add a hint to dev tools -> profiler, to make users aware that they can paste a pre-captured profile json output #109605

Describe the feature:

The search profiler UI does support pasting a pre-captured profile output and we already point this out in the docs here, but this is a little know feature and I think we should add a hint or extra text to the UI to raise awareness for it.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: Currently nothing in the UI indicates that one can paste a pre-captured json, but at least in the support team, this is the most common way of using this feature and I often see users asking how support analyzes the pre-captured json.
