Fields exploration enhancements in Logs UI

Describe the feature: During some user conversations, it became apparent that, in discover:

you see all the available fields on the left panel and it is really easy to click on a + button along side a field to add it to display.
Adding a filter it relatively obvious as shown in the screenshot below
Creating a visualization from simple but useful statistics like Top 5 values is desirable.

And users would like to see these features in Logs UI too.
