[Cases][ServiceNow SecOps] Support tags for the SIR connector #114657

ServiceNow SecOps supports the use of tags. Cases tags could be mapped to the ServiceNow SecOps tags when pushing a case.

The table that ServiceNow SecOps uses for tags is sn_sec_cmn_security_tag
