uiFramework:start task launches a process that lingers after task is killed #11606

If you run npm run uiFramework:start, and then ctrl-C to kill it, the process that serves to port 8020 sometimes lingers in the background and needs to be manually killed. It'd be great if ending the task would end this process as well.
