Stack Management Overview page

This Overview page will give administrators a summary of the state of their deployment. Some of the information it might provide:

Summary of deprecated in-use features, e.g. number of deprecation logs and/or deprecation issues in ES and Kibana (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/117243)
Cluster storage per data tier (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/82216)
Data ingested per day
Health info

This page can also guide users towards best practices when configuring their deployment (note that Cloud makes many of these easy to do):

Back up data
Use data tiers
Enable auto scaling
Secure the deployment
Set up Monitoring
Prompt the user to upgrade to a new version to patch security flaws (example: https://discuss.elastic.co/t/elastic-stack-6-8-9-and-7-7-0-security-update/235571)

This page can also make it easy to connect to Support or sign up for Support.

@alexfrancoeur had a couple other suggestions for this page:

Notifications about expiring API keys
Notifications about expiring security certificates

He also suggested it might be helpful to display Cloud deployment details somewhere. Here's how they're currently being surfaced in the Integrations UI:
