[Remote Clusters] Last breadcrumbs section should be disabled #117302

Kibana version: 7.16 BC2 COMMIT ae8c5d7765636dd177c72ab19408a0791eba491f

Browser version: Version 95.0.4638.69 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Browser OS version: macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Elastic Cloud

Describe the bug: Last breadcrumbs section is clickable but should be disabled and greyed out.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Stack Management -> Remote Clusters

Expected behavior: Last breadcrumbs section is greyed out and disabled, similar to ILM app for example.
