[APM] View logs on errors page #119086

Summary

When I'm looking at the errors tab, I would like to see logs associated with that error or the transaction that produced that error. That way I can see the logging that was happening when this error happened and investigate the conditions under which it happened.

E.g. this is the logs for a given trace which had errors that were respectable already in the Errors view.
