[Uptime] Show Core Web Vitals Report for browser monitors #119384

On Kibana -> Uptime -> browser monitors, Core Web Vitals FCP, LCP, CLS are not not displayed with scores. FCP and LCP are available on waterfall chart but not as scores but as time metrics.

The metric values for FCP, LCP and CLS are already available in the index, see example index documents.

Expected Show Core Web Vitals Report for browser monitors in Uptime. (This report is already implemented on User Experience dashboard)
