Describe the feature:

Should be able to add/edit attributes of a drawing layer

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

Allow for by-value data styling of drawn layers
Allow for term-joining

I would love to see this feature in maps.. At the moment I have to navigate users to dev tools to add attributes to the shapes they have drawn which feels very complicated for a simple task.
