Add risk level filtering and sorting to Host page

• The filter should work for every query on Host, Alerts, Network, and Overview pages.
• The user should be able to add the filter from Host page "risk score KPI panel".
• [to be confirmed] The user should be able to add the filter from "All Hosts" table risk column.
