Describe the bug: Managed host is also counted while performing bulk actions.

Preconditions: Elastic 8.0.0-SNAPSHOT environment should be deployed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Fleet tab under Security app.
2. Go to the Agents tab.
3. Then, bulk select all the agents and select 'select everything on all pages' and select 'unenroll agents'.
4. Observe that managed host is also counted while performing bulk actions.

Actual Result: Managed host is also counted while performing bulk actions.

Expected Result: Managed host should not get count while performing bulk actions.
