Warn the user about editing backing indices of data streams, unless they know what what they are doing #123524

Describe the feature: We should document that one should never ever edit backing indices of data streams, unless you know what you are doing.

During discussions regarding https://github.com/elastic/beats/issues/28419 we decided that best course of action was to provide an in product enhancement that would warn the user about editing backing indices.
