Describe the bug Event Rendered View of Alert List does not have full screen view option

Build Details

Version:8.1.0-BC2
COMMIT:ee89ebfddeda3baaf6cd87c0299247c5248cb952
BUILD:50222

Pre-Conditions

Create a 8.1.0-BC2 Build and have some Alert data on it

Steps

Login to Kibana
Navigate to Security solution > Alert Page
switch from default grid view to Event Rendered View
Observed that Event Rendered View does not have full screen view option

Additional note

This is a existing issue and also there on 8.0.0-GA

Expected

Event Rendered View of Alert List should also have full screen view option to have a generalized user experience

I'm not sure if this is a bug @karanbirsingh-qasource, but I don't se why we shouldn't allow this to be put into full screen. Will take a look at adding it!
