Sharing saved searches across spaces #127027

Some users would like the ability to share saved queries (✅ done) and saved searches across spaces. With share capable SO's now available (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/27004), we should be able to build these experiences where ever search is available. Adding this issue as a placeholder for this request.

removing @lukasolson because he already took are of saved query sharing, no plans so far for saved search sharing

this because it's not planned to be resolved in the foreseeable future. It will be tracked in our Icebox and will be re-opened if our priorities change. Feel free to re-open if you think it should be melted sooner.
