Since our current steps are ultimately down to whether or not the user has data for the individual data sources (and rules for alerts), we could implement a simple exception that if the user does have all signals available we opt to hide the Guided setup status bar. Since its primary use-case is to ensure users that are still onboarding are directed to the Guided setup content in the first place.
