[Fleet][Inconsistent]: Page scrolls down automatically when landing on integration overview page. #131800

Describe the bug: Page scrolls down automatically when landing on integration overview page.

Build Details: VERSION: 8.3.0-SNAPSHOT COMMIT: df225b213b188c81888141cee2ec191424fc0649 BUILD: 52512 ARTIFACT LINK: https://snapshots.elastic.co/8.3.0-5c1ff35f/summary-8.3.0-SNAPSHOT.html

Preconditions:

  1. Elastic 8.3.0-SNAPSHOT environment should be deployed.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the Integration tab under Management..
  2. Now, select any integration.
  3. Observe that page scrolls down automatically when landing on integration overview page.

Expected Result: Page should not scrolls down automatically when landing on integration overview page.
