Allow table text and customization options in Data grid

[ ] Text is very small and hard to read. Consider adding "Display options" for Data grid so that user can choose their preferences

When editing Columns, Actions should be moveable

[ ] When editing Columns, I would expect Actions to also be moveable. At first I thought the changes didn't save because the columns didn't all move, but then I realized it was because Actions is fixed.

Responsive Data grid styles are not working

[ ] At the smallest breakpoint, the Data grid responsive styles are not being applied.
